Symbolism
The globe symbolizes world studies. The eagle represents vigilance, security, and strength tempered by wisdom and discernment which can be used to devise defense strategies. An eagles sharp eye can locate potential threats from great distances away. An eagles wings provide quick flight as well as the ability to hold its flight over a given location.
